The programme aims to provide community firefighters with the skills and knowledge required to adequately perform their respective roles and responsibilities within the fire service.
Upon completion of this programme, the participant will be able to:
Perform fundamental duties of aircraft rescue and fire-fighting (ARFF) for both aircraft emergencies and building fires at airports, in accordance with International Standards and Recommended Practices.
Gain basic skills in handling structural fires, technical rescues, and mitigation of hazardous material (Hazmat) incidents.
