This course is aimed to equip personnel from Airport Rescue and firefighting, Airlines Staff, Cabin & Cockpit Crew, Ground Handling Agents Cargo Handlers, Personnel Employed in HAZMAT & DG Manufacturing Plants & Freight Forwarders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to respond to a dangerous goods incident in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the first responders guide to HAZMAT Emergencies.
Hazmat training must include :
- General Awareness/Familiarization
- Function-specific Safety & Security Awareness
- In-depth Security Training
- If a security plan is required
- Driver Training (for each Hazmat employee who will operate a motor vehicle)
