The IATA Category 9 training course is designed for passenger handling staff. The training course can be undertaken in your own time at your own pace.

The course consists of modules where students are required to complete a number of exercises achieving a score of at least 80%. Once the course is completed to a satisfactory level, students had to undergo a classroom exam. Following successful completion of the examination, students will be issued with a training certificate valid for 24 months.
